Five Jyotirling Yatra with Shirdi Temple and Shani Temple – 9 Days

This 9-day tour covers five significant Jyotirlinga shrines in India. It starts in Mumbai with a visit to Siddhivinayak Temple. Day two takes you to Bhimashankar Jyotirlinga, followed by Shani Shinganapur and Aurangabad. Days four and five feature Grishneshwar, Shirdi Sai Baba, and Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga, with a stop at Anjaneri. Day six journeys to Indore via Nasik. Days seven includes visits to Mahakaleshwar and Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga in Ujjain and Omkareshwar. The final days involve a flight back to Mumbai and departure. The tour emphasizes spiritual experiences with temple visits and scenic drives.
Arrival at Mumbai airport, Pickup and transfer to the hotel. Afternoon Visit Siddhivinayak Temple: Shree Ganesh is the first to be worshipped before beginning any new project or venture as he is the destroyer of obstacles (Vighnaharta). To take the blessings of Lord Ganesha before starting the pilgrimage. This is Shree Siddhivinayak Ganapati Temple at Prabhadevi in Mumbai, a two-century-old Temple that fulfils the desires of the worshipers. Later proceed back to hotel. Overnight stay.
After breakfast, drive to Bhimashankar (Jyothirling): Bhimashankar an ancient shrine, Bhimashankar is one of the 12 Jyotirlinga of Shiva. It is in the Ghat region of the Sahyadri hills. Bhimashankar is also the source of the river Bhima, which flows south east and merges with the Krishna River near Raichur. After Pooja and Darsan, continue your road journey to Chakan. On arrival, Check-in to a hotel. Dinner and Overnight stay will be at Chakan.
After breakfast, depart to Aurangabad, On the way visit Shani Temple: The presiding deity of Shinganapur, Sri Shaneshwara or Lord Shanidev- the personification of the planet Saturn is worshipped with utmost reverence and devotion by multitudes of people from all over the world. The spectacle of the deity in black stone is overwhelming. A unique aspect of this place is, that no temple structure houses the Shanidev. There is only a simple platform on which stands the swayambhu idol, in black stone. After darsan, continue your road journey to Aurangabad. On arrival at Aurangabad check -in to the hotel. Dinner and Overnight in Aurangabad.
After breakfast, you will proceed for Grishneshwar (Jyothirling). Grishneshwar is an ancient pilgrimage site revered as the abode of one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Shiva. It is located at a distance of 11 km from Daulatabad near Aurangabad in Maharashtra. After Pooja and Darsan, continue your road journey to Shirdi. Shirdi: Shri Sai Baba is revered as one of the greatest saints ever seen in India, endowed with unprecedented powers, and is worshipped as a God incarnate. (SAI meaning Sakshaat Ishwar) - GOD THE ABSOLUTE. On arrival Shirdi, Check-into a hotel. In the evening, visit Sai Baba Samadhi temple for VIP Darshan (Own Cost). Dinner and Overnight stay at Shirdi.
Today we drive from Shirdi to Trimbakeshwar (Jyotirlinga). Trimbakeshwar located in Maharashtra is revered as one of the 12 Jyotirlinga shrines of Shiva. Trimbakeshwar is the source of the river Godavari. Trimbakeshwar is a religious center having one of the twelve Jyotirlingas. The extraordinary feature of the Jyotirlinga located here is its three faces embodying Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu and Lord Rudra. After Pooja and darshan proceed for Nasik, On the way we will visit The Anjaneri (or Anjneri) mountain, located 7 km from Trimbakeshwar in the Nasik district, is also claimed as the birthplace of Lord Hanuman ji, (time permitted). On arrival Nasik check – into the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be Nasik.
After breakfast check – out from the hotel and drive to Ujjain, an ancient city beside the Kshipra River in the central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. An important Hindu pilgrimage destination, it’s known for the centuries old Mahakaleshwar Temple, a towering structure with a distinctively ornate roof. Nearby, Bade Ganesh Temple houses a colorful statue of Ganesh, the elephant-headed Hindu deity. Harsiddhi Temple features a pair of tall dark pillars studded with lamps. On arrival by evening, check in to the hotel. Dinner and Overnight in Indore.
After early morning leave for Mahakaleswar Temple (Jyotirlinga): Jyotirlinga is one of the most famous Hindu temples dedicated to Lord Shiva and is one of the twelve Jyotirlingams, which are supposed to be the most sacred abodes of Lord Shiva. It is located in the ancient city of Ujjain. The presiding deity, Lord Shiva in the lingam form is believed to be Swayambhu, deriving currents of power (Shakti) from within itself as against the other images and lingams that are ritually established and invested with mantra-shakti. After Pooja and darshan back to hotel. Breakfast at hotel then check – out from the hotel and proceed to local sightseeing of Ujjain. After sightseeing of Ujjain, drive to Omkareshwar (Jyothirlinga) located in Madhya Pradesh. It is located at a distance of about 12 miles from Mortakka in Madhya Pradesh. Omkareshwar: Omkareshwar is a Hindu temple dedicated to God Shiva. It is one of the 12 revered Jyotirlinga shrines of Shiva. It is on an island called Mandhata or Shivapuri in the Narmada river; the shape of the island is said to be like the Hindu ॐ symbol. There are two temples here, one to Omkareshwar (whose name means "Lord of Omkaara or the Lord of the Om Sound") and one to Mamleshwar (whose name means "Immortal lord" or "lord of the Immortals or Devas"). But as per the sloka on dwadash jyotirligam, Mamleshwar is the jyotirling, which is on other side of Narmada river. After Pooja and darshan, Return back to Indore. Overnight stay.
After breakfast, check-out from hotel. Pickup and transfer to airport for flight to Mumbai. Arrival, Pickup and transfer to hotel. Check-in at hotel. Overnight stay.
